この植物、何の仲間だと思いますか？

この植物、トーチジンジャーという名前です。

名前から分かるように、実はショウガ(ジンジャー）の仲間なんです。

トーチというのは、松明（たいまつ）のように見えることからそう呼ばれます。

色鮮やかで華やかです。

光が当たるとさらにきれいですね。
